What is "SOGEC@SHNET"?

SOGEC@SHNET is Societe Generale´s online banking service for Businesses customers that allows your business cash to be managed remotely and in complete safety.
Being away from your branch and as a SOGEC@SHNET subscriber, at any time daily.
You can have:
• Information on your accounts (balance, account statement, details of forecasted movements)
• Online services (downloading forms, etc...)
You may carry out:
• Transfers.
• File transfert.

How secure is SOGECASHNET?

SOGECASHNET ensures security and confidentiality of your data and bank transactions with Digipass, a tool that generates OTP (one time password) that is to say unique algorithms (unknown to criminals). These passwords (a series of 6 digits) can be used only once.
The password validity period is about 30 seconds.

Since access is via the Internet, are there any risks of fraudulent transactions?

All transactions via SOGECASHNET are subject to signature.
For security measures, the customer must define internally the different levels of authorization for each user.

What should be done when one of the users leaves the company?
R
Simply fill in the user identification endorsement.
The document is downloadable and available on the subscriber page. Of course, you will need to get the Digipass back that had been assigned to the user

What equipment do I need to access SOGEC@SHNET website?

You need a computer with internet connection and a version of Internet Explorer compatible with the SSL powerful encryption system (Secured Socket Layer) to 128 bits.

Monthly subscription to SOGEC@SHNET depends on the package chosen.

If you have problems when you login onto the SOGEC@SHNET site, you can contact our product expert by phone at (+235) 99 01 80 12, by email sogecashsgt@socgen.com or through your customer advisor.

How do I connect to SOGECASHNET?

To use SOGEC@SHNET, you need:
1. A subscriber code (ID) that was sent to you by email after activating your subscription,
2. An authentication device: a Digipass which was given to you by your Customer Advisor. Just go to www.sogecashnet.societegenerale.td on Internet browser and log in with your user ID and Digipass password generator.

What should I do if I lose my subscriber code or authentication device?
R
If you have forgotten your subscriber code or lost your authentication device (Token), you can contact the customer helpdesk service who will forward your subscriber code or provide a new authentication device (Token) that will be hand delivered to you.
Once the request has been made, we recommend that you do not to use your SOGEC@SHNET subscription until you receive your new authentication device in order to avoid blocking access to the service again.

Que faire en cas de perte du code abonné ou du dispositif d'authentification?

Si vous avez oublié votre code abonné ou perdu votre dispositif d'authentification (digipass), vous pouvez contacter votre gestionnaire ou l’expert métier, pour qu’il vous soit remis en main propre. Une fois cette demande effectuée, nous vous recommandons de ne pas utiliser votre abonnement SOGEC@SHNET jusqu'à la réception de votre nouveau dispositif d'authentification afin de ne pas bloquer à nouveau votre accès au service.
